“We take pleasure in providing a reference for Ze Build Ltd. We came to know the company in early 2022 when they were awarded the contract to construct our new home at Moreton Drive, Manly. At today's date they are a little over halfway through the build programme and we have been highly impressed with the quality to this point. In Mark Elliott they have an excellent Project Manager, the Site Foreman Dave Hay is a top man, plus the team of 8 to 10 builders who work well together and always greet us enthusiastically when we visit the site. The principal of the company Zane Dykman is a man of integrity with whom we enjoy working. We anticipate the project being completed late this year or early next year. If things progress as they have to this point, we will reach completion on time without any significant issues.”
