Crafted in the details

Ze Build undertook a complete renovation of The Summer House. All bedrooms were restyled: fresh paint, better storage, new lighting, window treatments. Bathrooms (family bathroom, ensuite, plus showstopping guest bathroom) were overhauled with stone tile surfaces, brass fixtures, showers, and carefully chosen tile textures for a high quality feel.

A new mud room was added, a drop zone for daily gear, coats, bags.

Where Indoors Meet Outdoors

The outdoor entertaining area was rebuilt to create flow between the home and garden. A large timber deck, pergola, and spa area extend the living space, while tiered retaining and custom stairs connect everything back to the landscape. The highlight: a bar with a pass through window, equal parts practical and playful, designed for hosting summer evenings or handling laundry on the go.

Crafted in the Details

Tiles from The Tile Room add texture and tone, their variation giving a hand crafted feel. Brass fittings carry warmth across every bathroom, while stone vanities bring depth and longevity. Kids’ bedrooms carry personality with bold wallpaper, while the master suite leans into timeless calm. Every detail was chosen to balance aesthetics with everyday durability, perfectly suited to coastal living.
