A Home with a View

High above Manly Beach on Auckland’s Hibiscus Coast, our Bay View project is making incredible progress. This elevated architectural home has been designed to capture sweeping views of the coastline, with glimpses stretching across the water to Rangitoto Island.

Bay View isn’t just another build, it’s a showcase of modern coastal living. With its elevated outlook, natural light and seamless indoor outdoor flow, the design reflects everything we want: a home that feels calm, connected and perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of the Coast.

Progress on Site

From the foundations up, every detail of Bay View has been carefully considered and executed with the precision and craftsmanship that Ze Build is known for.

The structure is now standing proud on the ridgeline, with progress moving quickly as we shape each element of the home. With panoramic views in every direction, this build required extra planning and technical expertise to maximise both the site’s elevation and the challenging coastal conditions.

As with all of our projects, collaboration has been key. From working with architects and designers to ensuring everything aligns seamlessly with the natural surroundings, Bay View is a true team effort.

Looking Ahead

As we move into the next stages, Bay View will really start to show its character. The focus will shift towards interior detailing, custom finishes and creating a flow that balances relaxed beachside living with premium architectural design.
